The Cartilla introduces information about the commercial situation of Argentina, whose economy, like that of the rest of the world, was greatly affected by the deep crisis of 1929. It accompanies abundant illustrations that, nevertheless, presents a prosperous and modern country with big expectations and full of opportunities based essentially on agricultural industry, the extraction of oil and other raw materials and commodities and commercial exchanges, which kept the country among the main economic powers in the world.
